What qualifications do your staff members have?
Our staff members are highly qualified and experienced in early childhood education. They undergo rigorous training and background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of your child.
Is there a maximum capacity for the center?
Yes, each of our locations has a maximum capacity of 50 children to maintain a manageable and comfortable environment for all.
How much is this service?
This service is absolutely free if you qualify for the Illinois Action for Children program. If you have not signed up yet, you can apply today.
What activities do you offer for the children?
We provide a wide range of engaging activities including arts and crafts, board games, video games, outdoor play, educational games, homework assistance, and more, tailored to different age groups. We also plan to incorporate field trips, guest speakers, haircuts, life skills, and social skills into our curriculum.
How do you handle discipline and behavior management?
We promote positive behavior reinforcement techniques and have clear guidelines in place to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for all children.
How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress?
We believe in open communication and regularly update parents on their child's activities, milestones, and areas of development. We also organize parent-teacher conferences and provide access to an online portal for real-time updates.
